Jewellery for men

The silver collection, launched in spring 2019, is inspired by buildings, architecture and everyday things we pass by but rarely notice. I have reinterpreted street stones, manhole covers, tram rails, rooftops and facades into a collection of jewelry for men.
I like the surface of concrete and stone, and have allowed the matte and rough surface to follow the texture of the silver. There is an encounter between modern forms, artifacts and forms that are historically recurrent. Some models carry an expression that can be traced back to Inca culture, to labyrinths but also to patterns that we see repeated in nature.
It is an observation on how time runs from nature, before we existed, to the design language of ancient cultures and today’s modern society. From my point of view…
